We are looking for a clean and tidy person, preferably female to share our home with.

We are offering a cosy room in our newly refurbished flat perfectly located on Kenton Road - close to local transport links, shops, Northwick Park Hospital and University of Westminister.
Kenton Station on Bakerloo line, London Overground services and Northwick Park station on the Metropolitan line 10-15 minute walk away with trains direct to Euston, Baker Street and Kings Cross amongst others. Bus Stops serving routes 183, 223, 114, H9, H10, H18, H19 right outside the flat.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer and microwave. We have a separate living & dining room and the Flat also has wireless broadband.

The room is furnished. The living room, kitchen and bathroom is all be shared. We are non-veg - so vegetarians should bear this in mind. I would recommend viewing.

A range of local shops, pubs, restaurants are less than 2 mins walk. There's also a large supermarket nearby (10 min walk). Off street parking is available.

The room would be ideal for a Postgraduate at University of Westminister as the Uni is only 15 minute walk away.

We are not a party house as we are all working full time, nevertheless we are a friendly bunch who socialise together and are looking for someone who will fit into our cosy home.
