The house is within walking distance of Northwick Park Hospital and The University of Westminister. The rent includes fast broadband and all bills - you never have to pay any bills - ever!

Parking is free and the house is in a beautiful tree-lined street only minutes away from a glorious park. The other tenants are very very clean and tidy and not noisy - and we are looking for new tenant/s who are the same please!
