Nice double room in Kenton

Hi All

We are a British couple in our thirties with a young daughter looking to rent out our spare double room.

Ideally we are looking for a single occupant for the double room to avoid overcrowding.

We are looking for people who are pure veg including no eggs or fish.

The ideal people will be clean and security conscious.

Appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, microwave, etc) are shared in the house. Tenants MUST have their own iron/ironing board, cutlery, pots and pans. Food is also not provided.

Northwick Park Station (met line) and Kenton Station (bakerloo line and overground) are about 20 minutes walk and about 5-10 minutes bus ride. Queensbury Station (jubilee line) is about 15 minutes walk.

Nice shops and eating places are nearby.

The University of Westminster and Northwick Park Hospital are a short bus ride away. A bus to hendon middlesex university comes nearby.
