Large Double Room all bills + cleaner incl.

Hi, I have a large double bedroom in a split level maisonette available from mid May. The room has a double bed, a double wardrobe, 2 x chest drawers and an armchair so there is lots of space (i. e. not a single room with a double bed!) You would be sharing with myself - 26 year old professional female who works in the city and another 20 something year old professional male. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and is just a few minutes walk to Harrow and Wealdstone station from which can get you to Euston in just 17 minutes! Ideally we would like a house mate that is hardworking yet easygoing as we all work quite long hours yet enjoy each others company. The rent is 110 per week inclusive of all bills i. e. water, gas, electricity, WiFi internet and a once a week cleaner too. All I would require is one months deposit and one months rent in advance as well as a reference. Rent is negotiable for the right person as I only really stay there weekends as I work in the city.
