We have a lovely large double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house shared by professionals. The room is on the first floor, overlooking the beautifully green & tranquil rear garden. There's a king size bed, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, desk with office chair, chest of drawers, shelving unit and an armchair for those chillaxing moments.
Kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, american style fridge/freezer, washing machine) and shared bathroom (separate shower and bath). There's a living room with doors accessing the patio & garden and an additional downstairs cloakroom.
We also have 3 cats visiting us, they predominantly live next door but like to pop in for some good and company :)
The house is conveniently located in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood, 8min walk from Kenton Station (Bakerloo Line, London Overground), 10min walk from Northwick Park Station (Metropolitan Line), 12min walk to Westminster university and 15min walk from Harrow Town Centre. Conveniently, there is a big Sainsbury's 15min walk (3min by car) and a 24 hour shop less than 10min walk away.
The rent includes bills (water, electricity, gas, fibre internet, tv licence) but excludes Council tax if you're a professional.
