Furnished double bedroom female professional only

Hi there, I'm looking for a female professional to move into a double bedroom that will come furnished with a bed (with underbed storage), wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

The room is a decent sized double on the first floor of a 1930’s building. The rest of the flat consists of a decent sized bathroom, a kitchen/ living area and my room.

The flat is light, airy and spacious.

Location wise, 7 min walk to Harrow and Wealdstone station and 15 mins walk to Harrow on the Hill.

This is a female preferred flatshare and suited to someone fun, friendly and clean. I'm not a clean freak but I'm looking for someone that clears up after themselves and is considerate.

I'll need references, work and former landlord.

Bills are included, wifi, council tax, gas and electric, and line rental (if any charged calls are made this will need to be paid as extra).

I'm a sociable and hardworking person and home is a haven, so definitely not looking for a party animal or a couple to move in.
