**Location**
The house is located at the bottom of harrow on the hill, we are ideally located between South Harrow (Piccadilly Line) and Harrow on the Hill(metropolitan line) tube station, TRAIN to Marylebone and to the North and bus services running to Ruislip, Watford, Harrow, Wembley on H10/H9/390/140/114 so we are in a great place for commuting to the City or the surround area.

**The HOUSE**
The house is 4 bed detached house in a private, quiet and secure cud de sac with driveway and off street parking and front and rear garden. The house is well maintained with new radiators and boiler. The house has nice lounge with big tv and dining room that opening to the garden. The kitchen has all modern appliances, Samsung ceramic hob and modern oven, oven microwave and American style fridge-freezer.

**The bedroom**

**House-mates**

There are three single people living in the house.
Aged 30-40 they are working professionals who are respectful clean and quiet.

**Getting to Central London**
There are two/three ways
20 minutes walk or bus 5 minutes
Metropolitan Line which links to Finchley Road Jubilee Line.
Tube takes 30 mins to Oxford circus
train takes 15 mins to Marylebone

12 minutes walk or bus 3 minutes
Piccadilly Line
Tube takes 30 mins to Earls Court
