You will be living with a live-in landlord (professional working in financial sector) and the property is and will be continued to maintained at high standards.

I am flexible and will consider short term let (The rent for shorter tenancy will be slightly higher and can be discussed at the time depending upon the duration of the stay)

Good commute to central London (The Fast train during peak hours can get you into London within 30 mins) or Northwick Park (ideal for people working at London North West Healthcare Hospital). There is also has good connections to Jubilee Line to get into London.

The property is located close to local shopping facilities (Tesco near by)

No smokers, DSS or Pets please

The room is available only for vegetarian/vegan, non-smokers and non-alcoholic consumption on the property.
