I'm looking for a clean, tidy, responsible and independent individual who is trustworthy. I live with my two school age children (9 and 11). We live in a large house and have our own living area on the ground floor. We are friendly, outgoing and pretty active family. We have had great lodgers before, who we have had friendly relationship with while still maintaining our own interests and space.

The room is in a loft which gives you your own space and peace and quiet.
