Hi,
I have double bed furnished room immediately available at first floor of the semi detached house. I am the landlord and staying here with my wife and small kid (10 months). So please ensure you are fine with this and it should not be a problem staying in the house having small baby. The room is NOT en-suite and bathroom is at first floor and shared.
The overall rent is 650 for couple inclusive of all the utilities and charges. We are fine with short let also but we might need to discuss for the rent.
Only vegetarian please at home. No pets. Only couples or single person (can discuss on rent).
