Spacious single bedroom £550 includes bills

Lovely single bedroom to rent in a very nice home. It’s a family home so my daughter and myself live there, she is 23 years old, we both are busy people, working full time and enjoy going out, having family/friends and partners over so we need a friendly professional person who can fit in. My home is in central Harrow about a 10 minute walk to main shopping centre, the same to either station (Harrow on the Hill) or (Harrow Wealdstone) so both offer fast links into London.
If parking required, person would have to apply for a parking permit as the kerb is not dropped. Must be a Non-Smoker, tidy, working full-time and likes cats as I have one, very friendly though!
The bedroom is a slightly larger than average small room, has free wi-fi broadband set up, Sky TV wall mounted in the bedroom, not a great amount of storage, 1 wardrobe and cabinet, high spec new Small Double bed, and use of luxury bathroom/kitchen/utility room/dining room and back-garden. Cost of room includes bills. Not included: use of house phone.
I'm happy to rent on a shorter term basis for right person, my aim is to rent for 6 months to a year but would draw up a 1 month contract in first instance to make sure suitable for myself and person who rents. My preference is for an English person but please don’t hesitate to contact me anyway with details below, can be flexible for the right person.
£550 per month, will take 1 months rent as a deposit which will be returnable on leaving.
