I'm looking for someone who can take over my room from April till August. (Possible to resign the contract in September)
The payment is 500 each month (excluded bills that are 50 a month) with a deposit of 500 once.
The room has a big balcony that will be all yours.
Also the room comes furnitured with a double bed, wardrobe, chair, desk and a little cupboard. There is enough space to park your car down the road. and there is a little supermarket 5 steps away.
A 15 minute walk to the tube station(Northwick park) and bus 182 towards wembley/harrow leaves practically in front of the flat.
There is a virgin media internet connection all around the house and we got a new washing machine in September 2014
