Big Double room close to station

Hi!

I'm looking for a single person to take my room due to sudden relocation.

This is a double room in a shared property.
It's a nice, clean house, there’s a big garden (perfect for BBQs).

The location is great - close to the big Tesco, 13min walk to Harrow On The Hill shopping centers + HoH station (where you can get a Chiltern fast train to Marylebone and the Metropolitan Line). On the other side there is Harrow and Wealdstone station in 5min walk (where you can get a London Midlands train which takes 15min to Euston, the Bakerloo line and Overground).

The house is close to the recreation ground with outdoor gym and tennis courts.
The room is big, with a beautiful garden view, which makes it very quiet.
The house mates are nice; they keep to themselves, but also often chat in the kitchen. The room and house are furnished and come with all needed appliances/all modern conveniences. The furniture you see in the pictures is what you get (except the black office chair). There is fast and reliable fibre optic Virgin internet connection. You also get your own personal fridge/freezer!

The landlord is usually quick in responding to any issue you may have, eg: changing a bulb, fixing a door knob, etc.
