We have 2 clean, tidy, good size double rooms for single occupancy available in a quiet house.

Room 1 is located on the ground floor with garden views. It has a new bed, a wardrobe, desk and chair, sofa and a mirror.

Room 2 is located on the first floor and has a new bed, long walled mirror, chest of drawers and a desk with a chair.

Furthermore we have a monthly cleaner who clean the communal areas as well as a very large garden for everyone to use.

The house consist of me and my girlfriend, her sister and another tenant.

The house is excellently located 3 min away from the bakerloo line and 7 min away from the metropolitan line walking distance.
Oxford Circus - 25 min metropolitan and bakerloo line
Piccadilly Circus - 30 min metropolitan line and bakerloo line. We are also served by nightbus N18 that goes from Charing Cross to Harrow in 45 min. 15 min walking distance you will find Harrow town centre which has great shopping, cinema and restaurants/bars.

You will also find a good size sainsburuys supermarket only 7 min walking distance as well as a nice park 3 min walking distance.
