Hello! I'm looking for 2 new flatmates as my current flatmates are relocating. Our flat is located in Harrow. It's less than a 10 minute walk from the Harrow-on-the-Hill station (Metropolitan Line, we are 5 stops from Baker Street), and a 20 minute walk (or short bus ride) from South Harrow Station (Piccadilly line). In addition to being close to stations, we are less than a 5 minute walk from Morrisons and less than 10 minutes to Harrow Town Centre (2 shopping centres, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs etc..) In addition the flat is a 15 minute walk to Harrow-on-the-Hill, with its idyllic schools, tea shops, and pubs. The flat is also close to several bus stops and Harrow Bus Station.

Flat has high speed wifi.

The smaller room has a fitted wardrobe, otherwise unfurnished, The flat does have an extra single bed and desk available. Since there are two rooms available the furniture will go to the first tenant that requires them.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a bath tub and heated flooring, a living room, a small kitchen with a gas stove and washing machine. We have a back garden with flower beds and a small spot of grass to care for. In addition, the flat contains 1 small box room that is used for the occasional guest.

The monthly bills (wifi, gas, electric, water) + council tax average out to be between £80-£90 per month. Estate Agent requires referencing for all new tenants the fee will be payable to the estate agent and it will be around £100.
