Brilliant very large, king size room in very nice, warm friendly house - and fabulous views over north west London -and the lights of London twinkling in the distance at night!

The house is only seven minutes walk from central Harrow shops and stations - Metropolitan Line and buses to dozens of destinations. Also 10 minutes walk to Bakerloo Line and fast mainline train to central London - Euston in 12 minutes! And easy access to Westminster University Northwick Park Campus and Northwick Park Hospital

The room is very, very spacious and has a double bed, private fridge, chest of drawers, study desk, three massive built in wardrobes etc etc. It has been newly decorated and has a brand new wooden floor. The house is double glazed, has a power shower, new kitchen, centrally heating and has fabulous garden with apple trees, large lawn, patio and BBQ area. The other tenants in the house are wonderful - very clean and tidy, quiet, friendly and considerate

The rent is £675 per month inclusive of all bills- including fast wifi. We also have a lovely lady who comes twice a month to ensure the house is always clean and tidy. I also try to keep the deposit as reasonable as possible which is £350

I should mention I have been a professional landlord for many years and my aim is always to provide safe, warm and affordable accommodation.
