We have a lovely double room available from the 27th of April onwards. Rent is £500 per month and it includes everything (all bills and council tax) and also a superfast 60Mt/s wireless internet.

Room comes furnished and it has a loads of storage space and a fridge. There is a modern kitchen, living room and a lovely garden including a fish bond that we all share. There is a big Morrisons and Tesco Express only 5mins walk away from the house.

In terms of transport Harrow-on-the-hill tube station is about 7mins away and West Harrow approximately 5-6mins away. Harrow town Centre is 6-7mins. University of Westminster Harrow campus is only 20mins walk away or even shorter with a bus or tube. So the location will work well for the students at Westminster.

People currently occupying the house are 2 professionals and one older student. We like to keep the atmosphere very relaxed and we don't throw parties or create a lot of noise or are messy. Please take these things in consideration if considering responding to this ad. We will consider both professionals & students but we are not looking to have young university students at the house who are first time on their own. We expect everyone to behave like adults and look after the house so that it remains in a condition that everyone enjoys to use.
