We're renting out this large single room in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Harrow on a short term let from 25th february to 1st April.

The shared living space is a recently refurbished Kitchen / Diner and large open plan living room.

It's a 5 minute walk from Harrow and Wealdstone Station (overground, bakerloo, euston in 15 minutes) and a 10 minute walk from Harrow on The Hill (Metropolitan Line).

£475 is rent and all bills included - council tax, energy, water, tv license, broadband, land line and cleaner every 2 weeks.

There's also a large garden too.

You'll be sharing with two pretty very chilled people who are very sociable, but relaxed and laid back.

We're allowed to decorate it however we want, so we plan on giving the home a very cosy vibe.

We're professionals but would consider an MA student.
