Musical household looking for Flatmate

Hi and hello to the creative people out there!
We are a mixed household with interests ranging from music (2 guitar players) to Travel, Media, Food, Health.
Although musical, that doesn't mean loud and noisy, it is actually a fairly quiet house and neighbourhood.
We are looking for someone mature and house trained, as it is a clean house with all amenities, from washing machine to fridge/freezer/microwave/toast er/cutlery, all in excellent condition, and we would like to keep it that way.
Although in Zone5, trains will get you to Central London within 20 minutes, other transport connections abound(bus, Overground).The room is a single, decent size, with desk, chair, cupboard, shelves, and a Double bed.
All bills included, plus broadband and a cleaner.
Playing an instrument, will count as bonus.
Student considered, if financially secure and grown up enough to clean after themselves.
