The bedroom is at the other end of the property and provides privacy to the occupant. The bedroom has wooden flooring and a large double wardrobe, double radiator and large double glazed window.

The flat has great links into Euston (12 mins) & links into central and north London via Bakerloo Line and London Overground. Harrow On The Hill and the Metropolitan Line are 20 mins walk or 5 Min bus ride away.

There is parking but it requires the purchase of a residents permit.

I own the property so it's not a typical flat that's been purchased to be rented out. I keep the property clean and redecorate regularly as it my home not just a flat.

There are two cats within the property.

I am a professional who is easy going, respectful of space and likes to keep a calm, tidy and peaceful home.

I'm generally busy in the evenings/weekends so you will often have the property to yourself.

No couples, students or DSS please.
