We have a Double Room, Preferably for professional individuals - All bills are included. WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING COUPLES.

All rooms come with beds, mattresses and Wardrobes throughout with Full Wireless WiFi - There are two toilets, shower cubicle and a very clean bath.

You will be sharing in a house which is lovely, cosy, quiet and extremely friendly, in a pleasant environment ideal for a working professional. Its in a very popular part of Hayes, 5 minutes walks from Hayes & Harlington Station and Hayes Town.

Hayes Town Boasts - Icelands, Costa Coffee, Santander Bank, HSBC, Halifax, Nationwide along with a host of other restaurants and food courts.

We have contracted a cleaner who cleans the communal areas regularly. There is an mandatory additional £10/wk added for this, plus another £3 for recycling bags.

We only ask for 30 days notice period, so there are no tie-ins.
