We have a single room .
The room is freshly painted and overlooks a nice garden, has a wardrobe, side table, tvstand, and single bed.

We have parking for 4 cars, there’s also lots of street parking.
The house is in Hayes, Middlesex. The bus stop & shops is 2 min walk.

The bus sops 2 mins away and it is a great location for Heathrow and Stockley park if you drive. Brunel university is 20 mins. Hayes and harling train station is a 10 min drive or 20 min bus ride. Uxbridge is 6 miles.

There is a large clean kitchen with all mod cons, 2 fridges, washing machine, freezer. - bathroom. 1 shower room & a down toilet.

We have Fast WI FI.

The deposit required is 1 months Rent £400
