For couples, rent is £75 per person per week (£150 per week if paid together.)

The house is next to a large gym, recreational park, library, and several convenience stores and take-away restaurants. Transport to Heathrow Airport is approx. 20 minutes away, local towns, and Central London is approx. 50 minutes away. The house is also easily accessible (there are several bus stops within 5 minutes' walk.)

Your bathroom is shared with one other resident.
The kitchen is shared, and is fully equipped (stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, etc.)

The utility room includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Your fridge is shared with another resident.
The garden and lounge are also shared. Smoking is only permitted outside.

We are a small family who speak fluent English and French. We are very friendly, and enjoy socialising. Our two cats are also friendly and warm to new residents very quickly :)
