Spacious Single Room with a Work Station

Hi, ours is a friendly let, in a beautiful artistic bungalow

The room available is a King Size bedroom, with a wall to wall wardrobe.
It faces the back garden where the sunrises With a View of the back garden.
This room is only available for 6 months while I am abroad. From 28th November till end 26th Apri. 2022.

. This room would normally be £750 per month, but It is listed at £650 as it will discreetly store some of my things, like on an uppermost shelf. With plenty of storage, shelves and drawers available for you.
The two other bedrooms are let to two house mates, and you would be the third. Both are super mature and friendly, one male and one female. .

All bills are included, but with the recent energy crisis, I prefer only professionals working away from home, NO WORK FROM HOME, NOT EVEN TWO DAYS ETC, please. And Only SINGLE occupancy.

There is a separate Wc and Power shower.. The room is NOT an en-suite. We have a Smart fitted kitchen, you are most welcome to cook.. as long as you strictly clean up too., there are two fridges you will have your own cupboard in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The Bunglow has a Spacious, artistic lounge and conservatory with lovely views of the back garden, that you are welcome to enjoy, with mutual consideration.
Off street parking available, the local buses take approx 10/15 minute to several underground stations in Hounslow. Close to Chiswick by bus, also Heathrow the bus 111, goes direct, and Central London close by tube.

I do perfer house mates that socialise outside and treat the house as a relaxed private chilled out zone. This is for a person looking more for a home vibe then just a rental. Seriously no parties whatsoever ever, and no friends hanging in the evenings, please consider this.

I am looking only for a house mate that is a working professionals, and who goes out to work, no work from home preferred, socialites out.,
A relaxed, individual, who enjoys their own space and yet want friendly contact athome, you will have great house mates, as both staying are wonderful. We eat together, and everyone respects each other’s space too.

Normally I am in and out of my home, as I work for my self. I travel a lot too.
I am indian in origin. And often have Techies as house mates, ( NO WORK FTOM HOME PLS ) but anybody is welcome as long as we like each other's habits, cleanliness and politeness is a must and mutual consideration.

An ideal match would be a South Indian female, if anyone out there…?
