There is off-street parking and a garden. It is as easy to get to Pinner as it is to get to North Harrow (Metropolitan Line). I am very active and easy to get on with. The bedroom is fully fitted and over-looks the garden. The shared kitchen is fully equipped - with dish-washer, microwave, utensils etc.
I pride myself on the fact that everyone who has lived here has been more than happy and when they have moved on still keep in touch.
