Double room new house (Females only!)

Hello everyone,

I have a lovely double room available for rent in a wonderful, newly refurbished house on Elm Drive, a 4 minute walk from North Harrow station.

The house has great transport links, you can be in Baker Street on 24 minutes on the metropolitan fast service which runs every few minutes from morning until late.

The house itself was extensively redecorated just a few years ago, has great 30mb broadband, a large living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, large bathroom and wonderful garden which is part covered.

We are 4 ladies who have lived together for a little while and really enjoy living together, and socialise as well as do our own thing.

You can have plenty of privacy in this house, or people to socialise with. We are a mix of professionals of various back grounds and are all very open minded.

The room is a double bedroom on the ground floor and includes a double bed, wardrobe, sofa and study table and TV point.

We have a lovely large, well kept garden with a decking and a large covered space, ideal for these rainy summers we seem to have! We also have 2 communal lounge areas.

We also have 4 double Fridges, yes 4! these ladies like to cook!
