The house is a large house with a spacious kitchen.

The house has a bathroom with a shower. Along with a toilet downstairs.

The rent includes all bills, Broadband, Gas, electricity, council tax.

The house is situated beside the Kodak Factory, which is a 10 minute walk into Harrow and Wealdstone station with lots of links into london and out towards watford. North harrow is a short walk from the house which is on the Met line.

There is a big garden out the back of the house with a shed towards the end of the garden. On street parking is available. There are a few convenient shops a minutes walk from the house, along with a few takeaways.

We would be looking for someone that enjoys socialising but when they want it can relax in their own room.
Currently there is 2 males and 1 female in the house. We would only be looking for professionals, sorry no students. We all get along really well so we are just looking for someone that will fit in.

Viewings are a must because it will go quickly. I work until 7pm during the week so any viewings would have to be done after 7pm.
