New prospective tenants must not mind cats or otherwise be allergic to pet hair.
Rental amount is stated for ONE PERSON ONLY. The tenant must provide a security deposit of £300 & £150 paid per calendar month on acceptance of a 6x month minimum term and lodger agreement signed by the tenant.
