The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 reception rooms, a conservatory and a pretty garden. I live here with my 10 year old daughter and we are looking for a professional female to live with us. We are a very easy going and relaxed household and like to keep the place tidy. The house is a 7 min walk to Pinner Village and 10 min to Pinner station and Sainsbury's.
The road is a quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood with beautiful views over the farm.
Included within the price is wifi, all bills including a cleaner that comes every week.
I am looking for a professional female who wants to live a reasonably quiet and friendly house.
