I have a double room available in a new build flat. The room is available from 20 January 2016.

The flat has two bedrooms so you will share with only one other person. The other bedroom has an en-suite, so the main bathroom will mostly be used by you.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers (all new). It also has a TV point and plenty of sockets.

The flat also has a large living room, balcony and fitted kitchen. The living room has furniture purchased less than 2 years ago.

The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a cooker, oven, fridge/freezer and TV point.

The living room is very large and has a dining table, 3 seater sofa and a 42" screen with Sky and ps4.

The area is very nice and full of new homes. Car parking is available close to the flat at no charge.

Rayners Lane and South Harrow stations are a 8-10 minute walk away from which you get the Metropolitan or Piccadilly lines to Central London. Baker Street is approximately 20 minutes away on the underground.
