Double room in a lovely Richmond flat

I have a double room available to rent in a lovely, homely two bedroom flat in East Twickenham – a really great part of Richmond – available mid-June.

The flat is in a great location. A really quiet and safe street, but less the 5 minutes walk to Richmond bridge or St Margarets in the other direction. There’s a lovely communal garden, ample parking, and I have Virgin TV installed.

The room itself is a good size, easily fitting a standard double with floor space to spare. It has a built-in wardrobe and room to add additional furniture like a dresser and/or chest of draws etc. Currently unfurnished, but the rest of the flat is fully furnished to a high standard.

I’m a 27 year old professional female working in Marketing. I work really long hours during the week so am not around much until the weekends. Looking for a sociable and considerate professional sharer - someone who also really wants a home, rather than just a room. Someone who is around to share a bottle of wine and dinner but who also has their own separate life so we both get some space in the flat. It’s definitely not a ‘party flat’, but certainly friendly and sociable.

Rent is £590 pcm plus bills.
Approx £85 fixed monthly bills (council tax and Virgin), plus quarterly variable gas and electric. Although these are always reasonable, especially now we’re going into summer.
Deposit will be approx six weeks rent. References will be taken by the letting agency and there may be some admin fees to complete the paperwork.
