Ideally suited to a male - DEFINITELY NO COUPLES! - who likes the idea of living on their own but budget does not allow a whole flat. There is also off-street parking.

TRANSPORT LINKS - South Ruislip Tube (Central Line) is less than 10 minutes walk away. Ruislip Manor Tube (Metropolitan/Piccadilly Lines) is approx. 15 minutes walk or a short bus ride. The 114 bus is accessible from the end of the road and goes directly into Harrow Town Centre or up to Ruislip High Street.

The A40/M40 is easily accessible and, without traffic, is less than 5 mins drive away. The M25 is Junction 1 off the M40.

SHORT TERM LETS - We will consider short term lets as follows:

- Minimum 1 week £185. 00 p/w
- 1 month Rental £700. 00
- 3 months plus £695. 00

All rental terms are subject to one month/one week's deposit plus one week/one month rental in advance.
