Double Room to rent.

Hi,

I currently have a double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat. Approx 5mins walk to south harrow tube station (Piccadilly line) There is parking available but it is restricted during the weekdays and Saturdays (11-1 and 2-3pm)

The flat is on the first floor and has an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room with all the appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc) There is unlimited high speed wifi and Sky Tv included in the rent.

The bedroom has a double bed with lots of storage underneath 1 wardrobe and a set of chest of drawers.

I am a friendly tidy young professional (PE Teacher) looking for a like minded housemate to share this lovely flat with.

The room is available from 1st September. (Slightly earlier if needed)
I'm on holidays at the moment but will be in London around 7th August and week beginning 18th August for viewings to take place.

The photos don't do the flat justice and would highly recommend a viewing. In the kitchen photo there is a washing machine in the gap next to the cooker and fridge/freezer on the other side. The lounge is bigger than it looks and has a double sofa (which is out of the picture view) and a dining table and chairs.

All bills are included in £575 PCM
