Room in a 3 bed house - small double

I am a professional woman with a 16yr old son who has a small double room for rent in my family home.
It has a small double ottoman style bed with memory foam mattress. TV with free sat. Small wardrobe and small chest of drawers. Laminate flooring.
There is a living room, kitchen diner and bathroom with overbath shower, gas central heating and broadband. Garden with shed and outside toilet and side access.
There is a driveway with space for 2 cars (1 space for my car).

I am looking for a genuine, honest, clean & tidy professional to rent the room to for a minimum of 6 months.

References will be required.

Public Transport:
2 min walk from the H12 bus route.
5 min walk from bus routes 114, H9, H10. Approx 10-15min walk to South Harrow tube station (Picc line)
Approx 10-15min walk to Rayners Lane tube station (Picc & Met line)
