The house is very near to Staines train station.

Rent: £ 500 - 600 per month (1 month rent as deposit, Bills excl). Minimum 6 months contract

Other Bills: council tax, electricity, water, internet (Approx. 75£ per month). 50% share.

If you want to deal via letting agent, I’m fine with that. You must be ready to do household work. If you are ready to hire Maid/cleaner I’m fine with that.

About me:

Single male, 29 years old from south India & working as a software consultant in central London. I go to office weekly twice or thrice, and I work from home remaining days.
My hobbies are computer games, badminton, ping pong, tennis (just learning), do lot of travelling, trekking and running.
I'm adjustable, caring, and I mingle with people very easily. I have a lot of friends in Staines that’s the reason I’m staying in Staines.
