We are looking for a professional single/couple for a lovely large Studio Room (with shower and kitchenette) approx 17' x 12', with; a double bed (new orthopedic mattress), chest of drawers, a table and chairs, wardrobes, bedside tables, a kitchenette with hobs, grill/oven, microwave, fridge freezer, additional table top freezer, and shower, full gch, parking in road, TV aerial socket, unlimited BT Wi-Fi infinity, double glazed and fire alarm, door entry system. Crockery and cutlery can be supplied if required.

A washing machine and dryer are located outside the flat, as is another shower room (with toilet) and a full bathroom (with toilet), and another toilet on its own. Please note there is no toilet in the flat.

It is nicely decorated and furnished, near the river, and Staines, in Penton Road and is on the 1st floor of a large Victorian detached house, with space for bikes, and a large garden. Penton Road is a pleasant residential road, close enough to walk to Staines, and the bus/rail stations.

We have a cleaner for the communal areas and a local handyman for all minor repairs.

Deposit of a months rent and references will be taken and it would suit a single/couple, non smokers. It is available now and viewings are available now.

The cost is £680 p. c. m. for a couple and £620 p. c. m. for a single.

There are NO additional fees for contracts, check in/out etc.

All bills are included; council tax, gas central heating, lights and water, and electricity sockets are run off a standard rate meter in the flat (costs around £2 per week), for normal use. If you are working from home, the costs maybe more.
