I have a guy moving back into my place, he was with me originally for 6 months.
I am a live in landlady and like to going to the cinema, dancing, galleries, restaurants and reading. Looking for an easy going person, amenable, not too serious, clean and tidy.

Share of kitchen, use of washing machine, cooker, hob and microwave. There are two bathrooms in the place.

I would consider a short stay at a price of £575 for 1 calendar month and £550 per calendar month for 2 to 3 calendar months.

The place has cavity wall insulation so you will never feel cold.
