Newly Refurbished Room

Full time stay or 5 night stay.
Bedroom has a single bed, lots of storage space and new carpets.
The bathroom is shared, a walk-in shower, kitchen has all appliances (gas hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave.
There are house pets, a medium sized dog (cocker spaniel) who is loved and adored therefore I would like our tenant to be pet friendly, we also have 3 caged cockatiels who are generally very quiet but they are birds so sometimes can sing, this being said this is only temporary as the pets will move with me when I find my own place in the next few months.
The flat is kept very tidy and organised and would like the new tenant to show the same level of respect to the property.
All bills are included except council tax and cleaner comes fortnightly. Council tax is shared and would cost £60 a month.
About me, I'm generally quite easy going, tidy and organised. Working professional in West Sussex so my mum is responsible as the acting live in landlord.
Vegetarian tenant would be preferred but not necessary.
The flat is walking distance to local high street; cafes, restaurants, pubs, hairdressers, banks and Sainsbury's. The station (Stanmore or Canons Park) are also 10-15mins walk away or bust stop 324 2mins walk from flat.
