Room in friendly house

A lovely sunny room in a town house in the village of Stanwell with local shops a walking distance away. The room has a single bed, but could fit a double, there is a wardrobe, desk and chair and chest of drawers too. It is a clean, warm room, we have broadband, dishwasher and washing machine, with a cleaner who comes twice a week. You will have shared use of the living area, garden, kitchen and bathroom. There is parking outside and we are close to Tescos while the town of Staines is nearby. The M25 and M4 are very close with good links into London.

Bills are included in the rent. One months rent in advance and one months rent for deposit required when you move in. The deposit is given back at the end of your rental period.
