I have a lovely bright double bedroom to rent in a nice spacious, clean, 3 bedroom detached house.
The room is available now and I am the only person to share with.

The bedroom is well furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside cabinet.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer etc

The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared and the house has a lovely garden with patio area, great for dining alfresco during the summer :)

I have a very friendly, well trained little Jack Russell who is no fuss, great company and lots of fun.

The local area is well serviced with shops and restaurants and excellent transport links. Historic Harrow-on-the-Hill is 20 minutes walk away with great restaurants and shops.
North Wembley Tube station is within ten minutes walk with London Overground trains every 20 minutes to London Euston and Underground (Bakerloo Line) to Paddington and beyond. The Overground also goes northbound to Harrow & Wealdstone and Watford Junction.

Ten minutes walk from the house in the other direction takes you to Sudbury Town Tube Station and the Piccadilly Line to Cockfosters or Uxbridge and Heathrow. There is also a night bus at the end of the road to the West End.
The area has an abundance of green space and lots of lovely walks. There are also two gyms nearby (one being David Lloyd).

I am outgoing, sociable and tidy and I would like to share with someone similar.
