Large Double

Looking to rent my spare room for the short term ( up to 6 months with possibility to extend for the right person )
This is an established flat share and I’m looking for a friendly, quiet, clean lodger- There is also a resident shed free, hypoallergenic puppy - so must genuinely like poochies

These days we ventilate well and are responsible regarding COVID and hygiene

The room is furnished including a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk.
Apparently the room is bigger than it looks in the photo !
We share a lovely kitchen / diner, bathroom, utility area and south facing garden

We are less than a 4 minutes walk from the local post office, Independent shops, cafes, a lovely health food shop, Tesco Express, restaurants and train station

Although we are in the heart of St Margarets village, we are still just a short walk from both bustling Richmond and Twickenham. We are very close to Kew Gardens, Richmond and Bushy parks as well as the river - with lots of lovely walks . Marble Hill park is a 10 min walk with riverside walks to Richmond, Twickenham and beyond

There is literally something for everybody in this location and we really couldn’t wish for a better place to live
