10 mins walk to town centre and Brunel University, 30min walk to Hillingdon Hospital. Room comes with a single bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. Room and house has recently under gone refurbishment.

The reason for one person to have two rooms is that one of the rooms in downstairs doesn't have a window and it is illegal to rent out a room for someone to sleep in if it doesn't have a window. The landlord instead given a small room in upstairs to whomever uses the downstairs rooms but it is not allowed to sleep in it. This setup is definitely strange at first but It works quite well for it's current occupant who uses the downstairs room as a study.

All the bills will be shared amongst house mates, total bills a month looking at £20 to £25 including gas, electric, Virgin tv and internet. (Price in the winter may be higher roughly £30 or over)

Smoking free, quiet house no house parties and music. parking space is available with no permit required.
