House/room is very cosy, VERY clean. Not your typical student house. We're friendly 2nd year students, going into our final year. We do go out and party sometimes but not everyday or something like that. Ideally someone chilled out, who's friendly and isn't too noisy. Music is fine so long it isn't on full blast. It's important that you maintain the cleanliness of the house too.
