We have a single room to rent (currently has a single bed, but can just fit a double if you have one) in a large 4-bedroom shared house for a single professional in Uxbridge (zone 6).

House has central heating and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open-plan lounge and dining room, large kitchen with doors leading onto good sized garden.

Located 5 min walk from Uxbridge tube & bus station (Metropolitan & Piccadilly lines) and high street (with 2 shopping malls, 3 gyms, and many restaurants & pubs, Tesco’s supermarket is 5min walk, and Sainsbury's supermarket is 15min walk).

Rent is £450 pcm including bills (excludes £340 security deposit) paid in advance.
Bills included: Sky TV, Broadband & Phone line rental, TV licence, Council tax, Gas & Electricity, and Water.
Bills excluded: own usage of telephone & Parking for permit holders is available upon application.

The room to rent is double-glazed and furnished with a single bed, hanging wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table & lamp.

Current housemates are 2 females (South African and Hungarian) and 1 male (South African) who are friendly, enjoy socialising on occasion and are all professionals who work shifts (night shifts, late nights, early mornings), so need consideration of noise.

We are looking for a friendly, considerate, tidy, professional housemate (NO STUDENTS PLEASE) who doesn't mind the odd barbeque or night out, but also doesn't mind quiet nights in. Ideal location for anybody who works in or around the Heathrow area (which is 30-40min bus ride away).
