Double rooms near Brunel university

I am a Brunel final year student who is graduated in this July. I am subletting my huge double room to a student for the period of 1st June to 31 August (can be extended).
The house is 5 minutes walk to Brunel University and 10 minutes to town center. Room comes with a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair. The house have the shared living room, kitchen, two bathrooms (one up stair one down stair), two parking spaces, and the back garden.

All bills will be shared amongst house mates, the quarterly bills (utilities) are around £80

If you liked the room, you could extend the contract with landlord (preferably student). And also, the other three double rooms will be available in the end of August.
