Hi we have a double room to rent(for single occupancy) in a friendly relaxed house. The rent includes ALL bills but there is a max. useage cap on the Electicity and Gas shared between three.

You will be sharing with 2 others. All professionals.

We are respectful of each other and the house is kept clean and tidy at all times and we have a cleaning rota.

The house has a very large bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath, large kitchen with eating area & all mod cons including a washing machine etc. and a living room with dining table.
Unlimited Broadband included.

The house which has a front & back garden, is 5'ish. minutes walk from Harrow & Wealdstone station, 1 minute to the High Street, which has 2 supermarkets, a very cheap gym and interesting ethnic food shops, a post office & some great affordable restaurants.

Fantastic transport links to Euston, it's 15 minutes on the fast train, London Overground or Bakerloo line to Central. 5 minutes by bus to Harrow on the Hill station ( Metropolitain line) & 10 minutes to Stanmore (Jubilee line). Also easy access to M1, A40, A41 & local 140 bus to Heathrow, with access to Watford. It really is a great location, a real hidden secret in London at a great affordable price.
