Spacious Double Room Available Bills Included

Due to personal reasons we have lost a wonderful flatmate and we are in need of a new one. We are a laid back professional couple that like to keep things neat and tidy without hassle. I work at a University and Andy works in the theatre. We enjoy having a relaxed atmosphere in our home.

The flat is a new build with a balcony over looking communal gardens, it has a big shared bathroom with shower over bath. Our kitchen and lounge are open plan with enough seating for four people. We have dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and touch control oven.

The landlord and landlady are a charming young couple that can't be more helpful. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, a double and triple wardrobe so plenty of storage.

Couples welcome but rent would be £950
The only bill is the Sky, phone and Internet which would be around £25 per room per month.
