Double Room in Happy Shared House

Hi we have a double room to rent in a friendly happy house. Rent includes all bills.
We are looking for a girl to share with us who as our previous housemate has had to move because of a new job.
We are looking for someone who will join our household rather than just 'rent a room' , It is a very clean and tidy happy place, not a party house.
The house is recently refurbished, with a new sofa, new bathroom, kitchen with all mod cons including a dishwasher ,washing machine etc.
There is a large courtyard garden & inside space for drying clothes .
The house is 5 minutes walk from Harrow & Wealdstone station, 1 minute to High Street, which has 2 supermarkets, a few interesting ethnic food shops , a post office & a restaurant that is featured in Time Outs Top Ten best cheap eats.......

Also 15 minutes to Euston on London Overground or Bakerloo line. 20 minutes to Watford on Overground.
5 minutes by bus to Harrow on the Hill station ( Metropoltain line) & 10 minutes to Stanmore (Jubilee line).

The house is very convenient access for Westminster university Harrow campus .

Also easy access to M1, A40, A41 & local 340 bus to Heathrow.
5 minutes up the hill are lovely woods for walks & a statey home that was the house of Gilbert of Gilbert & Sullivan ....now a hotel which has fabulous gardens & does wonderful afternoon teas.
