Hello all, I’m Kathy I’m looking for one person only peaceful quite , NO COUPLES all bills included . Working full time quiet peaceful and have to have a police check.

My house is set in wembley on safe and peaceful street, peaceful household.

2 min from very useful, active high street ,( Tesco’s, gym, outlet ,shows, food festive , boxpark ,concerts etc ), and bakerloo line also buses.

I’m also 5 mins from a beautiful large park

By bus takes around 40mins to get to central London , by tube 15mins.

New clean great size , .
You will have WiFi , small kitchen , and use of all mod cons .
double bed wardrobe , ,curtains and blinds, some wooden flooring and rugs,.

Person must be clean working full time peaceful , have no criminal record , be mature .
Im in landlord however respect peoples personal space and own lifestyle.
I enjoy relaxing with my son sometimes music , cooking and my job .
