A gorgeous double bedroom in a newly renovated house in a quiet residential area of Harrow. 5-10 minute walk from South Kenton (on the Bakerloo line) and 10-15 min walk from Preston Road (on the metropolitan line. Spacious open plan kitchen/living room overlooking a big garden. Two bathrooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher. House is newly renovated. We have a cat.

We are 2 students and 3 young professionals with various interests and hobbies, we're all friendly, fun and open to meeting people from different places. I'm moving out of the best house I've lived in in London and looking for somebody to take my room. It's got a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, bay window. Newly furnished.

Rent + all bills and council tax comes to about 510 a month.

4 months minimum stay. Will be more than happy to show you around and introduce you to the housemates. Move in date is anytime before end of May.
